[JDEV] Fixed some problems

I just fixed the Jabber transport so that it checks for it's own aliases
before it tries to deliver remotely, so messages to someone@localhost will
not be sent to the JabberBox as long as localhost is aliased to the Jabbe
transport.

The Jabber transport also now deals with any delivery problems/errors
generated by JabberBox, so messages to someone@notarealhost.nowhere will
be rejected back to the original author instead of the bit bucket.

I tested everything out and it seemed to run ok, let me know if there are
any problems with tonights(at midnight CST) snapshot.
