You're not far from the truth -- it's practically impossible. However, you
might consider trying out VMware for Linux (www.vmware.com) I've been
testing it and have managed to get NT4-SP3 w/ MS Office 97 running very
smoothly in a X-window (which is quite a high, let me tell you!) :)
