[JDEV] Jabber 0.6 Release Candidate!

It's finally here! Just ungzip/untar it and be on your merry way!

NOTES:

This is just a candidate, not the official 0.6 release.  The only planned
changes are more complete READMEs, instructions, and documentation.

This release includes the core base server fuctionality, so that you can
use a client, communicate with other local or remote Jabber users,
maintain a roster, and update your status/presence information.  This
release supports the complete protocol, module API, and add-on transports
which are now in development. 

Please download and try it out everywhere.  I've tested and successfully
installed on Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD, BeOS, and Win32(CYGWIN).  Report
bugs back to either team@jabber.org or this list, and we'll fix things up
for the release in a few days!
